Why am I not receiving any updates after placing an order?
Sometimes automated emails, such as shipping confirmations, may end up in your Junk/Spam email folder. Please check there if you haven't received any communication from us. To avoid future issues, add us to your email contacts!
- I've sent an email but haven't received a response. Why is that?
Similar to shipping updates, our email responses can also be directed to your Junk folder, leading to the impression that we haven't responded. We strive to reply within 24 hours, so please check your Junk/Spam for our response and add us to your email contacts to prevent this from happening again.

When can I anticipate the delivery of my order?
It's difficult for us to provide an exact delivery date. If you have a tracking number, you can monitor your order's status at any time through the post website.

- Will you restock items that are currently sold out?
Occasionally, we do restock sold-out items. Each product has a "notify when available" button/pop-up, so be sure to provide your details, and you will be among the first to be notified when the item is back in stock!
