REFUND POLICY

Prior to initiating a return or refund request, please carefully review our complete policy.

We operate under a 30-day return policy, meaning that you have a 30-day window from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, your item must meet certain criteria: it should be in the same condition in which you received it, unused or unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Furthermore, for card packs or boxes, they must remain unopened and in their original sealed state. Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Unless there was a shipping error (in which the incorrect products were dispatched), all order cancellations and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and a return shipping fee of $9.95 will apply. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Alternatively, we can waive the restocking fees if you prefer to receive a refund in the form of store credit (gift card).

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@shopper-card.com If your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Should you encounter any damages or issues, kindly inspect your order upon delivery. If you discover any defects, damages, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This way, we can promptly assess the situation and make it right.

There are certain exceptions and items that cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). Moreover, returns are not accepted for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns or inquiries about a particular item, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or denied. If your request is approved, your refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method, unless you opt for store credit (gift card) instead. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
